Holding Space refers to the practice of being fully present for someone else, both physically and emotionally, without judgment. It involves creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals, couples and families can express their feelings and experiences freely.

Hi, I'm Holly. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard. You are welcome to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My person-centred approach places you at the heart of the work, and I will work alongside you with empathy and understanding, supporting your own process of healing and personal growth.

I offer support across a range of areas including anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties and general mental health concerns. Whether you're navigating personal challenges, struggling in your relationship, or feeling overwhelmed, our therapists are here to help you explore your experience and move toward meaningful change.

I have worked in education and staturoty mental health services for a number of years before moving into private practice. This experience has shaped my understanding of the complexities people can face and informs the way I work today.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Trauma, Mental Health and Attachment, and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and Therapeutic Life Story Work.
I enjoy working creatively where it feels helpful, offering different ways to explore thoughts and feelings beyond words alone.

I am a Registered Member with the British Assocaition of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I am fully insured.

We offer in-person counselling sessions in Ruthin, Denbigh, Wrexham, and Chester. Each location provides a comfortable, private space where you can meet with your therapist face-to-face. If you're local to any of these areas, we’d be happy to welcome you in person.

We also offer online counselling sessions, giving you the flexibility to access support from the comfort of your own home. Whether you're near or far, online therapy can be a convenient and effective way to connect with your therapist in a safe and secure space.

We offer outdoor, walk-and-talk therapy for those who feel more comfortable connecting in nature. Taking place in quiet, natural settings, this approach can support relaxation, reflection, and a different way of exploring your thoughts and feelings alongside your therapist.
